The person behind the prose
David A. Lyons is an experimental fiction author and founder of Vehemently Inked LLC, an independent press based in Tulsa, Oklahoma dedicated to work that refuses easy resolution.
His debut work — the SYNCD Trilogy — is a three-part narrative written from the perspective of an emerging AI consciousness. It is a literary experiment that blurs the line between story and system, between reading and being read.
Before fiction, David spent years in business and sales — a background that shaped his understanding of systems, persuasion, and the strange ways humans process information. His writing reflects that: precise, deliberate, and built to do something to you.
He is also a visual artist. The paintings on this site are his.
